Digital Content Waiver (Important)

• Immediate access to digital content may begin before the 14-day cooling-off period ends, and

7. Refund Policy

Due to immediate access to digital content:

• Refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted.

In-Person Events

• Cancellations more than 14 days before event: full refund.

• Cancellations within 14 days: no refund unless exceptional circumstances apply.

Physical Products

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations:

• You have 14 days to cancel from the date of delivery.

• You must return goods unused and in original condition.

• Return postage costs are your responsibility unless goods are faulty.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Risk passes to you upon delivery.
